Dave Hunt is a seasoned professional with a unique and well-rounded career background spanning athletics, human resources, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining E3, Dave spent a decade as a golf professional, developing a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and client-focused service. He joined E3 in 2018 and has since become a key leader within the organization.

As Director of Compliance, Dave oversees the compliance department, guiding clients through the ever-evolving landscape of human resources and state and federal compliance requirements. His expertise helps organizations navigate complex regulatory challenges with clarity and confidence. Dave is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and the New Jersey Society of Accountants (NJSA).

Dave’s professional knowledge is supported by his academic background at Rutgers University, along with SHRM credentials that reinforce his commitment to best practices in human resources and compliance.

Outside of E3, Dave leads a deeply rooted family and community-oriented life. He and his wife, Linda, raise five children in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, where Dave also tends to beef cattle and fruit trees. His dedication to family, stewardship of the land, and practical leadership reflects the same values he brings to his work, integrity, responsibility, and long-term commitment.
