Gianna is an experienced operations and leadership professional with a strong background in business development, organizational strategy, and team building within the PEO industry.

Gianna entered the PEO industry in 2017 after beginning her career in wealth management in New York City. She played an integral role in helping launch E3 as a start-up, building internal teams and departments from the ground up while developing operational processes and best practices that continue to support the company’s long-term growth. Under her leadership, E3 has expanded its client base across 48 states, grown to 50 internal employees, and secured multiple insurance carrier partnerships to further differentiate the organization within the PEO space.

Gianna holds a Bachelor’s degree from Brown University, earned in 2012. Her academic foundation, combined with hands-on operational experience, has been instrumental in scaling E3 into a nationally recognized organization.

Outside of E3, Gianna is actively involved in her community and serves as the head coach of the Oak Knoll Girls Lacrosse team in Summit, New Jersey. She brings the same commitment to leadership, mentorship, and teamwork to the field that she applies in her professional career.
