Sarah Johnston | Director of Payroll

Sarah Johnston is an experienced professional in payroll administration and the professional employer organization (PEO) industry, with a strong focus on operational excellence and client service.

Sarah has been working in the payroll and PEO industry since 2011 and has been involved with E3 since its founding phase. During that time, she played a key role in implementing E3’s payroll software for clients and developing the Payroll Department from the ground up. A commitment to exceptional client service has been a central value throughout her career and continues to guide both her leadership approach and the Payroll Department’s direction at E3.

Her academic background supports her professional expertise. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College and is currently pursuing a Master of Administrative Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Sarah is an avid reader and is rarely without a book by her side.
