Timothy C. Dinneen | Vice President of Risk Management

Tim brings nearly 20 years of experience in the PEO and insurance industry, a milestone he will reach in February 2026. He began his career in sales as a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer, where he developed a strong foundation in risk and underwriting before being introduced to the PEO market. Working closely with underwriting teams, Tim played a key role in bringing new business into organizations early in his career.

When E3 opened its doors in 2017, Tim applied this experience to his role as Vice President of Risk Management. He currently manages a team comprised of Underwriters, Claims Adjusters, and Loss Control Managers, overseeing the risk strategy and insurance programs that support E3’s client base.

Tim has led several major initiatives during his tenure at E3, including the successful integration of four insurance programs into the company’s portfolio offering. Among these achievements is the launch of an Insurance Captive with an A+ rated carrier, with E3 becoming the first PEO of any kind to be accepted into the captive.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, graduating in 2002. Outside of his professional career, he has spent five years coaching youth basketball and lacrosse. An avid snowboarder for over 32 years, Tim also enjoys sharing a unique family connection—Mr. Rogers is his third cousin (a true story).

Tim remains committed to strengthening E3’s risk management and insurance offerings while balancing his professional life with coaching, outdoor pursuits, and community involvement.
