Vito Corasaniti | Director of Accounting

Vito brings decades of experience across law, accounting, and nonprofit financial management. He has practiced as an attorney for 13 years and has held roles as a Fixed Asset and Capital Spending Accountant, Tax Accountant, and Auditor for nonprofit organizations within a CPA firm environment.

Vito’s professional expertise includes implementing new financial software systems, auditing nonprofit organizations, and resolving complex tax matters. As a Tax Accountant, he successfully removed significant tax penalties for several nonprofit organizations and obtained approval and reinstatement for others, ensuring their continued compliance and operational stability.

Vito holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He currently serves as Director of Accounting, where he oversees financial operations and provides strategic financial leadership.

Outside of his professional career, Vito is deeply involved in his community and faith. He actively participates in ministry at St. Patrick’s Church in Chatham, New Jersey, and has dedicated many years to youth development through soccer programs, coaching multiple youth teams over a span of 19 years.

In addition to his community involvement, Vito has a wide range of personal interests. He is a lifelong music lover, an avid pizza enthusiast, and a wine maker. He has played the accordion since the age of 10 and previously performed in a wedding band. Vito is devoted to his family, having been married for 44 years, with three children, and he is bilingual in Italian.
